Official Promotional Play Rules

Issued by: Rellgo Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor", "we", "us", or "our")

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

THESE OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES ("RULES") ARE TO BE READ TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY, THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE GAME STATEMENT (COLLECTIVELY AS THE "INCORPORATED POLICIES"). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND THE INCORPORATED POLICIES.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY OR REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE SWEEPSTAKES GAMES. ANY PURCHASE, PAYMENT OF FEES, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION WITH THE SPONSOR WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING IN ANY WAY.

Definitions

(a) "Qualified Participant" means a person who is a legal resident of the Permitted Territories and is eligible to participate in Promotional Play (as defined below).

(b) "Permitted Territories" means all countries, territories, and jurisdictions worldwide, excluding (a) the countries, territories, and jurisdictions listed in the Prohibited Territories (as defined below), and (b) any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which sweepstakes promotion is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise not permitted under applicable local laws or regulations, in each case as in effect from time to time.

(c) "Prohibited Territories" means Alabama, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and the State of Washington of the United States.

(d) "Promotional Play" means the Sponsor's sweepstakes promotions provided through its Services (as defined in the ToS). Promotional Play is only open to Qualified Participants, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry.

Sponsor Details & General Governance

Rellgo Inc is the sole organizer and sponsor of the Promotional Play, with full authority over all aspects of its operation. All decisions made by the Sponsor - including but not limited to those related to entry acceptance, eligibility verification, game mechanics, prize selection, valuation, and award - are final, binding, and non-appealable for all participants.

Each individual game spin within Promotional Play games constitutes a distinct, standalone sweepstakes occurrence (a "Sweepstakes Period"). Each Sweepstakes Period commences at the initiation of the game spin and concludes immediately upon the spin's final result being displayed on the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

Core Definitions

a) A Qualified Participant means a natural person who is a legal resident of the Permitted Territories, meets the age requirement outlined in Section 3.2, and has completed all verification processes required by the Sponsor.

b) Access to the Services is permitted only for Qualified Participants who are physically located in the Permitted Territories defined under the Rules. Access to the Services is strictly prohibited for anyone who is physically located in the Prohibited Territories defined under the Rules.

Age & Legal Capacity

The Promotional Play is open exclusively to Qualified Participants who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever occurs later) at the time of entering any Sweepstakes Period. PARTICIPATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE IT VIOLATES APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW.

Legal Compliance & Participant Responsibility

The Promotional Play is governed by all applicable federal, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole and absolute responsibility of each participant to confirm that their entry into and participation in the Sweepstakes is legal in their physical jurisdiction of residence at all times.

Unconditional Agreement

By participating in the Promotional Play, a Qualified Participant fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably agree to these Rules and all final decisions of the Sponsor in all matters related to the Promotional Play. Winning any prize is strictly contingent upon full compliance with all eligibility criteria, procedural requirements, and terms set forth in these Rules.

Ineligible Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to win a prize: officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or of any other parties involved in the operation of the Promotional Play and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the "steps" of each) and all persons living in the same household of each (collectively, the "Limited Persons"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may designate any number of individuals to engage in the Promotional Play for entertainment, marketing and promotional purposes only. Any such designated individual may not win or redeem prizes (as provided in Section 7) or participate in any leaderboard or other feature establishing a competition among Qualified Participants.

Obtaining Sweepstakes Coins

To participate in the Promotional Play and receive Sweepstakes Coins, a Qualified Participant must first create a free, verified account within the Sponsor's Services. Qualified Participants may acquire Sweepstakes Coins only through the following authorized, no-cost methods. Any other means of acquisition is strictly prohibited.

Daily Login Reward and Account Registration

Qualified Participants may claim a daily Sweepstakes Coin reward by completing the following steps in sequence:

• Securely logging into their verified account;
• Clicking the "Claim Coins" button prominently displayed at the top of the homepage in the Services;
• Selecting the "Daily Reward" option within the pop-up "Claim Coins" window;
• Clicking the "Collect" button.

Mobile Number Confirmation

During the initial account registration process, Qualified Participants may verify their valid mobile phone number to receive a one-time award of Sweepstakes Coins. The number of Sweepstakes Coins awarded for mobile verification is determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and is subject to change without prior notice.

Completing In-App Challenges

Qualified Participants may earn additional Sweepstakes Coins by completing assigned daily tasks or challenges within the Services (e.g., consecutive daily logins, in-platform engagement quests, Promotional Play game participation). The number of Sweepstakes Coins awarded for each challenge is clearly displayed within the Services at the time of a Qualified Participant's engagement with the task or the challenge. The amount of the rewarded Sweepstakes Coins may vary by tasks or challenges. Only Qualified Participants who have successfully completed the Sponsor's official identity and location verification process are eligible to receive free Sweepstakes Coins via the AMOE provided below.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

The Sponsor provides two official no-cost Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) for Qualified Participants to obtain Sweepstakes Coins, in compliance with applicable sweepstakes laws requiring non-purchase entry options. All AMOE submissions are subject to rigorous verification by the Sponsor. Incomplete or non-compliant AMOE submissions will be deemed void.

Postal AMOE Request

To submit a valid postal AMOE request, a Qualified Participant must handwrite all required information (no printed or machine-typed submissions accepted) and follow these exact steps:

• Legibly handwrite a physical return address and the phrase "Sweepstakes Entry Request" on the front of a standard white envelope;
• Enclose a blank, unlined 4" x 6" white index card with the following legibly handwritten information (in English):
  • One unique Postal Request Code (available exclusively in your verified account within the Services);
  • Your full legal name (as provided on your government-issued photo ID), date of birth and your user id;
  • The email address linked to your verified account;
  • Your physical residential address associated with your verified account (no P.O. boxes allowed);
  • The exact, unaltered statement: "I request Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the Promotional Play and confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Official Sweepstakes Rules."
• Seal the envelope and mail it via standard U.S. Postal Service mail to: 212 LERONA AVE ROWLAND HEIGHTS, CA 91748

Each valid, individually mailed postal AMOE request will result in 2 to 4 Sweepstakes Coins being credited to the Qualified Participant's verified account within 7-10 business days of receipt. Bulk mailings, illegible submissions, incomplete cards, misaddressed envelopes, or requests with altered information are void and will not be honored. No notification will be provided for void requests.

Online AMOE Form

Qualified Participants may request access to the Sponsor's secure, password-protected online AMOE form by sending a request to the official customer support email: [email protected]. Access to the online AMOE form is only granted after successful account verification, and all submissions must adhere strictly to the instructions provided by the Sponsor's customer support. Upon completion and verification of the online AMOE form, 2 to 4 Sweepstakes Coins will be credited to the Qualified Participant's verified account in accordance under the terms and instructions provided in the form.

Specified Application Interactions

Qualified Participants may also obtain Sweepstakes Coins by clicking on third-party promotional materials or installing third-party applications designated by the Sponsor within the Services. All such interactions are subject to additional terms and conditions displayed at the time of the click or installation. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue this AMOE at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Methods to Obtain Sweepstakes Coins

The use of bots, automated software, scripts, fake identities, third-party entry services, proxy servers, VPNs, or any other unauthorized tool or method to obtain Sweepstakes Coins is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of a verified account from the Promotional Play.

General Request Rules

• All Sweepstakes Coin requests must be submitted by the holder of a verified account only. Any third-party submission is deemed void and will not be processed.
• The Sponsor's decision regarding the validity of any Sweepstakes Coin request is final and binding.
• The Sponsor is not liable for lost, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, misdirected, late, or undelivered requests for Sweepstakes Coins, and such requests will not be processed.

Sweepstakes Coins Usage & Restrictions

Authorized Use

Sweepstakes Coins are for recreational and Promotional Play participation purposes only. Sweepstakes Coins have no intrinsic cash value, are non-transferable, and non-sellable, except as explicitly specified in these Rules.

Sweepstakes Coins may be used exclusively to play eligible Promotional Play games within the Services for the opportunity to win additional Sweepstakes Coins. Sweepstakes Coins won through valid, compliant gameplay may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to the Sponsor's official prize redemption rules outlined in Section 7 of these Rules.

Prohibited Activities

The trading, transferring, gifting, bartering, selling, or purchasing of Sweepstakes Coins (in whole or in part) or verified accounts is strictly forbidden under all circumstances. Any violation of this provision will result in disciplinary action at the Sponsor's sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Temporary or permanent restriction, suspension, or termination of the verified account;
• Forfeiture of all Sweepstakes Coins and unclaimed prizes in the verified account;
• Permanent ban from the Services and any other platform of the Sponsor;
• Pursuit of legal remedies, where applicable, to recover any loss or damages of the Sponsor resulting from such prohibited activities.

Game Odds & RTP Adjustments

Odds Modification Right

The Sponsor reserves the sole, absolute discretion to adjust the odds of winning or the Return to Player (RTP) percentage of any Sweepstakes game at any time, provided that no adjustments are made during an active game spin. All adjustments are implemented to ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Transparency & Participant Responsibility

Current and historical game odds or RTP details are prominently displayed on each Promotional Play game's in-platform interface (typically via a dedicated "Odds & RTP" tab). It is the sole responsibility of a Qualified Participant to review these details before initiating any game spin.

Win Probability Disclosures

• The chance of winning each game round or Sweepstakes Period is not affected by any previous play history, duration of play, the participant's engagement level, or any other factor.
• RTP is a theoretical long-term average payout rate and varies by game; it does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual participant, game spin, or Sweepstakes Period.
• No game round or Sweepstakes Period is set up to favor or disfavor any participant. All game results are generated by a random number generator (RNG) and are operated in compliance with applicable gaming laws.

Prize Winner Verification Process

MANDATORY VERIFICATION NOTICE: ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO RIGOROUS ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR'S DECISIONS REGARDING VERIFICATION ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ON-SCREEN WIN NOTIFICATION ON THE PLATFORM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL WINNER CONFIRMATION. VERIFICATION OF FULL ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES IS A PREREQUISITE FOR ANY PRIZE AWARD. SCREENSHOTS, USER RECORDS, PHOTOS, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PARTICIPANT-SUBMITTED EVIDENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICIAL VALIDATION PROCESS.

Prize Eligibility

Winning any prize is strictly contingent upon fulfilling all eligibility criteria, procedural requirements, and terms outlined in these Rules and the Sponsor's ToS.

Required Documentation

Potential prize winners may be required to sign and return the following documents to the Sponsor within a specified timeframe (communicated via the Sponsor's customer support or any applicable in-platform notification):

• An affidavit of eligibility;
• A liability release; and
• A publicity release (where legally required or applicable).

All such documents must be completed, signed, and returned in the format and by the deadline specified by the Sponsor. Late or incomplete submissions will result in immediate prize forfeiture.

Forfeiture for Non-Compliance

Failure to respond to winner notifications within the specified timeframe, to return all required documentation in a timely, complete, and compliant manner, or to comply with any term of these Rules or the Sponsor's ToS will result in the immediate, irrevocable forfeiture of the prize, with no further recourse or compensation for the participant.

Alternate Winner Selection

If a potential prize winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize for any reason, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the forfeited prize to another Qualified Participant in accordance with these Rules. The Sponsor is not required to select an alternate winner, and unawarded prizes may be retained by the Sponsor.

Prizes and Redemption Guidelines

Minimum Redemption Eligibility

A Qualified Participant must hold a minimum of 35 Sweepstakes Coins in their verified account to initiate any prize redemption request. No exceptions will be made for any lower balance.

Cash Prize Redemption

All cash prize redemption requests must be submitted through the Sponsor's official in-platform redemption portal following the in-platform redemption instructions. The Sponsor reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for cash prize redemptions, which shall not exceed the estimated actual cost of processing the payment (e.g., bank transfer fees).

Non-Cash Prize Redemption

Eligible participants may request submit non-cash prize redemption requests through the Sponsor's official in-platform redemption portal following the in-platform redemption instructions. Non-cash prizes are subject to availability, and if the non-cash prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the non-cash prize with one of comparable or greater retail value. No prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for non-cash prize redemptions, which shall not exceed the estimated actual cost of fulfilling the non-cash prize request (e.g., shipping fees for physical items). All non-cash prizes are awarded "as is" -- no warranties or guarantees (express or implied) are provided for any non-cash prize by the Sponsor.

Tax Liability

Prize winners are solely and entirely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges associated with receiving, redeeming, and using any prize awarded by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may be required by applicable tax laws to:

• Report all prize winnings to the applicable and relevant tax authorities; and
• Withhold applicable taxes from prize disbursements (where required by law).

Pre-Redemption Mandatory Requirements

Before any redemption request is processed and any prize is awarded, a Qualified Participant must satisfy the following non-negotiable requirements to the Sponsor's full satisfaction:

• a) The legal name associated with the participant's chosen payment method (cash prize redemptions) or delivery address (non-cash prize redemptions) must exactly match the information associated with the participant's verified account (e.g., the legal name and address provided in the participant's government-issued ID);
• b) All required identity, age, residency, and (where applicable) source of funds verification checks must be successfully completed;
• c) For security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes, all cash prize redemptions will be paid only to a bank account held in the sole legal name of the prize winner. Joint bank accounts may be considered for payment only after additional verification of all account holders, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Redemption Processing Rules

• Redemption Limit: Only one (1) prize redemption request is permitted per Qualified Participant/verified account within every 48 consecutive hours.
• Processing Time: All valid redemption requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible by the Sponsor. Cash prize payments may take up to 10 business days to process and disburse from the date of successful verification of the redemption request.

Forfeiture of Coins & Prizes

If a verified account is closed (voluntarily or involuntarily) with a Sweepstakes Coin balance below the 50 Sweepstakes Coin minimum threshold, or without a qualifying redemption request being processed, the holder of the verified account is deemed to forfeit all claims to the remaining Sweepstakes Coins or any prizes associated therewith.

Upon the termination or suspension of the Services (in whole or in part), all unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins in all participant accounts will be immediately forfeited, with no further prize redemptions permitted.

If a Qualified Participant initiates a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for any purchase made within the Services (where applicable), all pending prize redemption requests of the Qualified Participant will be immediately canceled, future prize redemptions may be disallowed, and the user's account may be suspended or terminated at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Jurisdiction-Specific Redemption Restrictions

The total value of prizes available via the Promotional Play may be subject to limitations under applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. Certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the State of Florida in the United States, may impose restrictions on the maximum aggregate value of prizes offered in connection with promotional sweepstakes unless specific registration, bonding, or other legal requirements are satisfied.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, limit, or substitute any prize, or to adjust the structure, value, or availability of prizes, in whole or in part, in order to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements in any jurisdiction. In jurisdictions where the offering of certain prizes or prize values may be restricted or prohibited, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or limit participation or prize eligibility.

Qualified Participants are responsible for reviewing the laws applicable to their jurisdiction concerning prize redemption or award through promotional sweepstakes. Prize redemption requests are void and will not be processed where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in the Promotional Play and/or submitting a prize redemption request, the participant acknowledges and accepts all Rules outlined in this Section 8.

Entry Conditions and Liability Release

By participating in the Promotional Play, each Qualified Participant unconditionally agrees to the following binding terms:

• a) Comply with these Rules, the Sponsor's ToS, and any final, binding decision made by the Sponsor;
• b) Release the Released Parties (the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and promotional partners) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the participant's Promotional Play entry, participation, acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize, or the exploitation of any entry;
• c) Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, costs, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:
  • The participant's Promotional Play participation or violation of these Rules or the Sponsor's ToS;
  • The participant's breach of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or
  • The participant's redemption or use/misuse of any prize.

The indemnification obligation provided in this Section 9 survives the termination or expiration of these Rules or the participant's Promotional Play participation.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any of the following:

• a) Incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading entry or account information provided by Qualified Participants;
• b) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to server outages, internet disconnections, device malfunctions, software errors, or RNG malfunctions;
• c) Unauthorized human interference in any aspect of the Promotional Play entry process, operation, or prize award;
• d) Technical or human error in the administration, execution, processing, or verification of the Promotional Play entries or prize redemptions;
• e) Any injury, damage, loss, or harm to persons or property resulting from any Qualified Participant's Promotional Play participation, use/misuse of any prize, or access to the Sponsor's Services;
• f) The loss or unavailability of any Sweepstakes Coins, entries, or prizes due to platform maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Sole Remedy for Technical Errors

If a Qualified Participant's Sweepstakes Coins or winning game play are lost, corrupted, or invalidated solely due to a technical error within the Sponsor's Services, the Qualified Participant's sole and exclusive remedy is the replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins by the Sponsor, at its sole discretion. No other compensation, damages, or remedies (including prize replacement) shall be available under any circumstances.

General Provisions

Promotional Play Modification/Cancellation Right

The Sponsor reserves the sole, absolute discretion to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Services (in whole or in part) or these Rules at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest);
• Suspected fraud, tampering, or a breach of security;
• Technical failure or malfunction that impairs the integrity, fairness, or proper functioning of the Promotional Play; or
• Non-compliance with applicable laws.

Disqualification Right

The Sponsor reserves the right to immediately disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules or the Sponsor's ToS, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive manner, at its sole discretion.

Legal Remedies for Tampering

Any attempt to interfere with or disrupt the lawful operation of the Promotional Play may violate applicable laws. The Sponsor may take any action available under law, including seeking damages or other relief, against anyone responsible for such conduct, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Waiver of Provisions

The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision, nor shall it prevent the Sponsor from enforcing that provision at any subsequent time. No oral or written statement by any Sponsor employee or agent shall constitute a waiver of any provision of these Rules or the Sponsor's ToS.

Acceptance of Modified Rules

Any notice regarding modification of the Services or these Rules will be provided by Sponsor via in-platform notification or otherwise. In the event of modifying the Services or these Rules, a participant's continued enrollment or participation in the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Apple Platform Disclaimer

The Sponsor's Services are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not a participant in or sponsor of the Services, and is not responsible for any aspect of the Services, including but not limited to entry or participation in the Promotional Play, prize award, prize fulfillment, or technical issues related to the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to release and hold harmless Apple Inc. from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Services.
