These Official Promotional Play Rules ("Rules") govern your
participation in all sweepstakes-based promotional activities
offered through the Cash Avalanche platform. By participating, you
acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to be
bound by these Rules, the
TERMS OF SERVICE, the
PRIVACY POLICY, the
RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY, and the
GAME STATEMENT. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must
immediately cease all participation.
By submitting an entry or otherwise engaging in any Promotional Play activity, each participant unconditionally agrees to abide by these Rules and accepts that all decisions rendered by the Sponsor are final and legally binding. Furthermore, each participant consents to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data in accordance with the PRIVACY POLICY published on the Cash Avalanche platform.
Participation constitutes acknowledgment that the participant has been afforded a reasonable opportunity to review these Rules in their entirety and has chosen to proceed with full knowledge of the terms, conditions, and obligations contained herein.
As used throughout these Rules, "Released Parties" shall collectively refer to Spruce Interactive Inc (the "Sponsor"), together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, advertising and promotional agencies, and all third-party vendors or service providers engaged in the administration, development, fulfillment, or support of the Promotional Play.
Each participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
This indemnification obligation extends to all proceedings, judgments, settlements, and related expenses incurred by any Released Party as a consequence of the participant's actions or omissions.
The obligations set forth regarding indemnification, limitations on liability, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination, cancellation, or expiration of these Rules and shall continue to bind participants regardless of whether they remain active on the platform.
The Released Parties bear no responsibility for any technical malfunctions, disruptions, or failures affecting telephones, mobile devices, computer systems, servers, internet service providers, hardware, software, or any other equipment utilized in connection with the Promotional Play. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, excluded categories include:
Participants acknowledge that the platform operates over public networks and infrastructure that are inherently subject to intermittent disruption.
The Released Parties shall not be held liable for typographical, printing, production, or other inadvertent errors appearing in any materials related to the Promotional Play. The Sponsor reserves the right to correct any such errors at its sole discretion and without incurring liability of any kind to participants or other parties.
In the event that viruses, bugs, fraudulent activity, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotional Play, the Sponsor retains absolute discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the affected activity. Should such circumstances arise, the Sponsor may elect to award outstanding prizes through an alternative fair and equitable method as determined solely by the Sponsor.
Under no circumstances shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number originally intended for any given Promotional Play event, nor shall any prize be awarded at a value exceeding the amount designated in the applicable rules. In the event of a technical error or malfunction, the participant's sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the originally stated prize allocation.
Participants must accumulate a minimum balance of fifty (50) Sweepstakes Coins before becoming eligible to submit a redemption request. Balances below this threshold cannot be redeemed and will remain in the participant's account.
Eligible Sweepstakes Coins may be converted to monetary value at the conversion rate specified on the Cash Avalanche platform at the time of redemption. Approved payment methods and disbursement channels are determined solely by the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
Where available, participants may elect to redeem Sweepstakes Coins for gift cards, promotional merchandise, or other non-monetary items offered through the platform. The availability, selection, and value of non-cash redemption options may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
All federal, state, and local tax obligations associated with the receipt or redemption of prizes are the exclusive responsibility of the winning participant. The Sponsor bears no obligation to withhold, calculate, or remit taxes on behalf of any participant unless expressly required by law.
The Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099 or comparable tax documentation for prizes meeting applicable reporting thresholds. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual tax obligations before and after redeeming any prizes.
Prior to processing any redemption, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct identity verification, request supporting documentation, and confirm the participant's ongoing eligibility. Redemption requests will not be fulfilled until all verification requirements have been satisfactorily completed.
Participants are limited to one (1) redemption request per forty-eight (48) hour period. Additional requests submitted within this window will be declined and must be resubmitted after the waiting period has elapsed.
Approved redemption requests will generally be processed within ten (10) business days from the date of approval. Processing times may be extended due to pending verification procedures, high redemption volumes, or delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Any accumulated Sweepstakes Coins and pending redemptions shall be forfeited upon the occurrence of any of the following:
Forfeited Sweepstakes Coins and redemptions shall not be reinstated, and the Sponsor shall bear no liability for any losses resulting from such forfeiture.
Certain redemption methods, prize types, or prize values may be restricted or unavailable in particular jurisdictions due to applicable regulatory requirements. The Sponsor shall comply with all jurisdiction-specific mandates and reserves the right to limit redemption options accordingly.
Every potential winner must undergo identity verification and eligibility confirmation before any prize will be released. The Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners using the contact information on file with the participant's account, including email address and telephone number.
It is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure that accurate and current contact information is maintained on their account. Failure to respond to the Sponsor's verification communications within the designated response period shall result in automatic forfeiture of the prize without further obligation on the part of the Sponsor.
To be eligible for a prize, the potential winner must: (a) be physically located within a Permitted Territory at the time of entry and redemption; (b) meet the minimum age requirement; and (c) maintain an account in good standing and in full compliance with these Rules and the TERMS OF SERVICE.
Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where legally permissible a Publicity Release, within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. These documents must be completed accurately and returned by the deadline established in the Sponsor's notification.
A prize shall be forfeited if the potential winner: (a) fails to submit the required documentation within the specified timeframe; (b) is found to be ineligible for any reason; or (c) cannot be reached through the notification details associated with their account despite reasonable efforts by the Sponsor.
In the event of a forfeiture, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner using the same selection methodology originally employed. The alternate winner will be subject to the same verification and documentation requirements as the original selectee.
Participation in the Promotional Play is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. The Sponsor reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence upon request may result in disqualification.
Each participant represents and warrants that they possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to participate in the Promotional Play in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
Participants bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation in the Promotional Play complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in every jurisdiction and disclaims any liability arising from a participant's failure to verify the legality of their involvement.
By participating, each individual irrevocably agrees to be bound by these Rules and acknowledges that all interpretations, determinations, and decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the Promotional Play are final, conclusive, and not subject to appeal or challenge.
The following individuals (collectively, "Limited Persons") are ineligible to participate in the Promotional Play:
Any entry or participation by a Limited Person is void and of no effect, and any prizes awarded to such an individual shall be subject to immediate reclamation by the Sponsor.
A "Qualified Participant" is any natural person who satisfies all eligibility criteria established by these Rules, including but not limited to age, residency, legal capacity, and account standing requirements, and who is not classified as a Limited Person.
"Permitted Territories" encompass all states and territories of the United States that are not expressly designated as Prohibited Territories under these Rules. Participants must be physically located within a Permitted Territory at the time of entry and at the time of any redemption request.
The following nine (9) jurisdictions are designated as Prohibited Territories:
Residents of or individuals physically present in any of the above jurisdictions at the time of entry or redemption are not eligible to participate. The Sponsor reserves the right to update the list of Prohibited Territories at any time, and any changes will be published on the Cash Avalanche platform.
"Promotional Play" refers collectively to all sweepstakes activities, contests, prize drawings, and similar promotional events conducted on or through the Cash Avalanche platform, each governed by these Rules unless a separate set of official rules is expressly published.
The "Sweepstakes Period" means the active timeframe during which a particular Promotional Play event accepts entries and awards prizes. The start and end dates for each Sweepstakes Period shall be published on the Cash Avalanche platform. The Sponsor retains discretion to extend or shorten any Sweepstakes Period with reasonable notice to participants.
All outcomes within the Promotional Play are determined by a certified random number generator ("RNG") operated and audited by an independent third-party testing laboratory. The RNG has been validated to produce results that cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any participant, the Sponsor, or any other party.
The integrity of the RNG is subject to periodic review and recertification. Participants acknowledge that no strategy, skill, or system can alter the randomly generated outcomes produced by the certified RNG.
Each game or activity on the Cash Avalanche platform is assigned a theoretical Return to Player ("RTP") percentage representing the statistical long-term average payout. Participants should understand that individual sessions may vary substantially from the published RTP figure and that short-term results may deviate significantly in either direction.
The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust game parameters, including payout structures and prize frequencies, at any time. Any such modifications shall apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the outcome of any previously completed round or activity.
Each round of play operates independently, and prior results have no bearing on the probability or outcome of subsequent rounds. No sequence of wins or losses affects the likelihood of any future result. Participants should be aware that the concept of a game being "due" for a particular outcome has no mathematical basis.
Registered participants who log into their Cash Avalanche account may receive a daily allocation of Sweepstakes Coins as specified on the platform. The quantity and availability of the daily allocation are determined at the Sponsor's discretion and may be modified without prior notice.
Participants who successfully complete a one-time mobile phone verification through the Cash Avalanche platform will receive a one-time award of 2 Sweepstakes Coins. This bonus is non-recurring and may only be claimed once per verified account.
From time to time, the Cash Avalanche platform may offer interactive challenges, missions, or engagement-based activities through which participants can earn additional Sweepstakes Coins. Specific terms, availability, and reward amounts will be communicated within the application.
Participants may also obtain Sweepstakes Coins at no cost through the Alternative Methods of Entry described in Article IX of these Rules.
To obtain Sweepstakes Coins via mail without any purchase, a participant must handwrite all of the following information on a plain white 4" x 6" index card:

Upon receipt and successful validation, the participant's account will be credited with 2 Sweepstakes Coins within seven to ten (7-10) business days. Postal AMOE submissions are limited to one (1) per participant per calendar day. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, sent in bulk, or produced by mechanical means will be rejected and discarded without notification.
To receive Sweepstakes Coins through the online method, a participant must send an email request to [email protected] from the email address associated with their Cash Avalanche account. The Sponsor will verify the requesting account and, upon confirmation, will credit 2 Sweepstakes Coins to the participant's balance.
The Cash Avalanche platform may periodically offer challenges, promotional events, or interactive opportunities through which participants can earn Sweepstakes Coins. Details regarding these opportunities, including eligibility criteria and reward amounts, will be communicated through notifications and announcements within the platform.
The use of automated programs, bots, scripts, macros, or any mechanical or programmatic means to obtain entries or Sweepstakes Coins is strictly prohibited. Additionally, creating or maintaining multiple accounts, impersonating another individual, or engaging in identity fraud constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all accumulated Sweepstakes Coins and pending prizes, and potential legal action.
Each AMOE request is limited to one account per submission. Bulk, mass-produced, or mechanically generated entries will not be accepted and will be rejected upon identification. All submissions become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged unless successfully processed.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for AMOE requests that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, stolen, or otherwise not received, regardless of the cause or method of transmission. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
Sweepstakes Coins are authorized for use solely within the Cash Avalanche promotional play environment. They possess no independent monetary value, do not constitute currency, and cannot be used as legal tender outside the platform.
Participants are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities with respect to Sweepstakes Coins:
Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions through intermediaries, third-party services, or technical exploits shall be treated as a direct violation of these Rules.
Violations of the coin governance provisions may result in one or more of the following actions at the Sponsor's sole discretion:
The Sponsor may impose any combination of these measures and is not required to provide advance warning before taking enforcement action against a violating account.
The Promotional Play is sponsored and administered by Spruce Interactive Inc. All interpretations of these Rules and all determinations regarding eligibility, prize awards, and participant conduct made by the Sponsor shall be deemed conclusive and binding on all parties.

The Sponsor retains absolute authority to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotional Play activity at any time for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure events, technical malfunctions, security breaches, fraud, or any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the Promotional Play.
Where practicable, the Sponsor will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through announcements on the Cash Avalanche platform. However, the Sponsor is not obligated to provide notice when immediate action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Promotional Play or the safety of participants.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have engaged in any of the following conduct:
The Sponsor may pursue all available criminal and civil remedies against disqualified individuals, including recovery of costs associated with the investigation and enforcement.
In addition to disqualification and forfeiture, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek monetary damages and equitable relief, including injunctive and declaratory relief, against any participant who violates these Rules or interferes with the operation of the Promotional Play.
The failure of the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules at any particular time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Sponsor's right to enforce it at a later time. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Sponsor.
Each provision of these Rules operates independently. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as though the invalid provision had not been included.
Continued participation in the Promotional Play following the publication of any amendment or modification to these Rules constitutes the participant's acceptance of the revised terms. Participants are encouraged to review these Rules periodically to remain informed of any changes.
The Promotional Play is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. in any manner. Apple Inc. has no involvement in the design, operation, or fulfillment of any aspect of the Promotional Play.
By participating, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Apple Inc. bears no responsibility whatsoever in connection with the Promotional Play, including without limitation the administration of the sweepstakes, the provision or delivery of prizes, or the resolution of disputes between participants and the Sponsor.
Each participant hereby releases Apple Inc. from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotional Play, including claims for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss of any nature.
